Development Across the Lifespan
Human Development is a lifelong, dynamic process. The Developmental Psychology Program provides instruction in the content, theory, and research methods of developmental psychology across the lifespan. The research being conducted in our program encompasses several aspects of development. (See Current Research or People for details.) Although most of our research addresses typically developing individuals, this knowledge is relevant to programs or agencies concerned with both typical development and problems among infants, children, adolescents, and the elderly.
