Graduate students Chun-Che Hung and Sanghee Park in Dr. Natalie Ebner’s Social Cognitive and Affective Development Laboratory recently were awarded Collaboration Awards from the Scientific Research Network on Decision Neuroscience and Aging (SRNDNA)! Chun-Che will work with Dr. Kristen Kennedy (The University of Texas at Dallas) to explore the joint contributions of structural and functional brain differences on susceptibility to deception and exploitation among older adults. Sanghee Park will collaborate with Dr. Leanne ten Brinke (University of British Columbia Okanagan) to examine the physiological processes—such as heart rate and electrodermal activity— that underlie decision-making in deception detection among older adults.
