Eric Rudich, Ph.D. is a Managing Partner and Senior Litigation Consultant at Blueprint Trial Consulting, a litigation strategy and consulting firm. He has worked on high-stakes cases in venues throughout the United States assisting attorneys and in-house counsel with mock trials, focus groups, witness preparation, and jury selections. He leverages his background in psychology to gain insight into how prospective jurors’ emotions, attitudes and biases influence their verdict orientation. He also advises clients on ways to simplify complex concepts to educate and persuade juries. His firm has worked with some of the largest consumer, healthcare, technology companies and insurance carriers in the United States.

Eric has appeared as an invited guest on Good Morning America, CourtTV, HLN, and MSNBC, regularly conducts CLEs, spoken at legal seminars and conferences, and published several articles in leading legal journals. Eric lives in Mamaroneck, New York with his wife and three children.
