Dr. Chris Podlesnik, was awarded Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior Don Hake Translational Research Award from Division 25 of the American Psychological Association. This award from the American Psychological Association is in recognition and celebration of pioneering contributions to the translation of research examining fundamental behavioral processes and clinical application. Research in behavior analysis the areas of reinforcement, choice and decision making, persistence, and relapse contributed to improved understanding of and implementation of interventions for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities.
