Human Subject Payments Information

• Send Human Subject Payments Form to Kayla Zobel kzobel@ufl.edu along with the approval page of your IRB, the study enrollment page, and the compensation determination page.

• Each study must have a Custodian, who serves as the primary administrator for the study and the Principal Investigator (PI). The Payment Processor registers participants to the study and records the participant payments in the HSP module.

• Everyone on the Human Subject payment team must take the following courses in PeopleSoft:
  • RSH320 Human Subject Payments
  • PRV800: HIPAA & Privacy – General Awareness
  • PRV804 Protecting Social Security Numbers & Identity Theft  Prevention
