Dr.
Bluck's research concerns social cognition across the lifespan with a focus on
how and
why people remember the events of their own lives. Her specific
interests include
lifespan differences and continuities in:

Dr. Bluck regularly teaches
courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in:

Dr. Bluck's theoretical and empirical work has appeared
in such journals as Psychology and
Aging, The
Gerontologist, The Journal of Personality and Social
Psychology, and
Psychological
Bulletin. She is a Fellow of the Gerontological Society of
America, and a member of APA (Divisions 1, 20),
the Society for Applied
Research in Memory and Cognition, and the Society for Personology. Dr. Bluck
is Associate Editor of Applied Cognitive Psychology, and on the
editorial board of JPSP: PPID.
